What size shirt should I order?

Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop. Our sizings are to the UK standard system.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Sacred Stitches purchase. Please consult the size info chart for specific measurements. That said if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days but can be up to a 15 business days if you have purchased any cushions or bedding. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheque will take an additional 4 to 14 business days to allow for the eCheque transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click “Update Your Cart Total”. All shipping is done via Royal Mail or My Hermes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
Although we are happy to ship worldwide, some parcel services in other countries can be highly unreliable. So, any international shipment is entirely “buy at your own risk”. There is an option during checkout to choose to have your item ‘Tacked and Signed’ for a better guarantee.

My order hasn’t arrived?

All domestic orders are shipped through Royal Mail or MyHermes for ‘Free Shipping’. You can choose your preferred Royal Mail service during checkout. Therefore unless the ‘Signed For’ postage option has been purchased you, the customer, will be liable for any extra postage costs incurred in sending a replacement.

How Does Free Shipping Work?

If your order has qualified for free shipping, then we will usually use MyHermes for domestic orders.
