Anna Wenger and Simon Cordell.
Anna started Sacred Stitches in 2008 after leaving university, where I studied Illustration along side James Robinson. While James was becoming a great tattooist it felt natural for me to set up Sacred Stitches where both our talents could merge into a shop of unusual hand made items. Quickly I was joined by Moses my partner who now prints every item of clothing and who many of you might have met at all the tattoo conventions we attend.
I work at Nine, Boyces Street, Brighton as a tattooist.

I make custom traditional handpoked tattoos. My tattoos are made without the use of a machine, where the ink is applied dot by dot. This technique is a more mellow and gentle process than conventional machine tattooing, and is less abrasive to the skin and heals faster.
Born in the North, travelled through the East and currently unsettled in the South. Obsessed with skulls and covered in tattoos. I have a love of music that sounds like it could crush your mind with its sheer heaviness... A degree in Fine Arts set me up to fail many years ago and I've been trying to find my place in life ever since. I've worked as a security guard in Co-op, done Accounting for a major hotel chain, driven bands on tours across Europe and generally scribbled my little heart out whenever I get the chance. If you like my work and want to use some of it or commission a piece then please get in touch via mdcindustries@gmail.com my rates are reasonable and I'm always open to negotiation. No time wasters please!
